Arbaroriza, the aromatic herb.

Pelargonium Graveolens is what “arbaroriza” is called in Crete. It belongs to the family of  Geraniaceae and is often confused with the famous flower geranium, rather incorrectly. A plant with an exceptional aroma similar to that of incense. Considered to have healing relaxing and soothing capabilities as a tea, lowers cholesterol, relieves migraines, acts as a sedative and relaxes. It is also used as a taste and aroma modifier in homemade jams and preserves.

In here we will try to show you as many ways as we can to use over time.

Our advice? Plant one too…!

HERB TEA WITH PELARGONIUM AND SPEARMINT.
