Pelargonium Graveolens is what “arbaroriza” is called in Crete. It belongs to the family of Geraniaceae and is often confused with the famous flower geranium, rather incorrectly. A plant with an exceptional aroma similar to that of incense. It is also used as a taste and aroma modifier in homemade jams and preserves.
In here we will try to show you as many ways as we can to use over time.
