As a herbal tea, they relax and relieve migraines.
We can make a tea very easily:
Cut two leaves of pelargonium and one leaf of spearmint.
Put them in a cup of and fill it with hot water.
Wait 10 minutes.
In another cup of put a spoonful of honey,
2-3 dry cloves
and one stick or half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Strain the tea and mix it well to melt the honey.
Both plants are very easy to grow, you just have to protect your pots from strong winds.
